Red October Moscow

The Red October project is a residential developments located in the heart of the city of Moscow at the Western tip of Bolotny island, in close proximity to the Kremlin.

The masterplan was developed by five different architecture firms: Meganom, Speech, and Willen were responsible for the plots adjacent to the canal, Wilmotte for the refurbishment of the listed buildings in the southern part of the masterplan, and Foster+Partners on the riverside plots adjacent to the pedestrian bridge.

Our Contribution:

MIC was committed to develop the access strategy for the whole masterplan, to design internal and connection roads as well as the car park in the buildings common basement.
