Zachary Trattner, a New York based consultant at Mobility In Chain, presented a paper at SimAUD 2017 based on his research into future mobility and transportation modeling that was conducted at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia. "I'm happy I had the opportunity to share the work I developed at IAAC a year ago," says Zachary. "I do believe that the emergence of autonomous vehicles with piloted parking capabilities, vehicle-to-vehicle communication, high-speed platooning, etc., will lead to a paradigm shift in mobility patterns. This model is part of the ongoing effort to predict what will change, and how we can address it."
